Egress quota
Bandwidth usage limitations
Here is how it works
One of the major cost drivers when hosting digital content on cloud servers is related to streaming data out ('egress') to the end users. This cost will naturally vary depending on the number of users, their activity level, and the amount of content available.
To simplify and add flexibility to our pricing model, our product offerings include both storage and egress in the price. Egress is provided with a quota that typically covers all normal usage. The quota varies depending on the content type.
Here are the monthly quotas by type:

Extreme egress
The more data you host, the larger the overall quota. We monitor total consumed bandwidth (egress) and compare it to the total quota at the subscription level. This means that if some content receives a lot of interest, it can exceed its quota as long as other content within the same subscription is below quota. The total usage is what matters.
If total egress exceeds the allotted quota, an additional cost will be applied to your subscription. Alerts are issued to the owner and admins when egress reaches 60% and 80% of the quota, providing early warnings of excess usage. Excess egress is charged at a flat rate of $189 per TB.
Accumulated egress data is reset at the start of each billing cycle (once a month).
Free of charge content
Certain content types are regarded as secondary or supporting content and are hosted free of charge with no limitations.
